(if you dont mind a little unglued)

To make a card with fading counters last forever, you need to use giant fan (unglued) and dragon's blood (urza's saga). You will also need a creature card besides the one with fading. use dragons blood and give the extra creature +1/+1, then use giant fan to blow it on to the fading card. The +1/+1 counter will turn into a fading counter. you will have to do this every turn, but it can be good. This is the only way i find skyshroud behemoth to be useful.
